PROJECTS

A small sample from our many projects

QUOGUE, NEW YORK

This 15,000 square foot "Cottage" is located in the Hamptons.  With 16 media viewing locations and over 30 thermostats, lighting and shade control, this house is the ultimate in custom automation.

It features a 9 person theater, Golf, Exercise and Game room.

GREAT FALLS, VIRGINIA

Nestled in the woods of northern Virginia, this 13,500 square foot mansion features every amenity possible.  Most, if not all aspects of the home can be controlled via iPad and Crestron touch panels.  All sources are centralized and can be accessed in any room.  A managed enterprise Wi-Fi network broadcasts seemless internet throughout the residence.

PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

This historic home was once owned by Douglas Fairbanks Jr.  Although it has been completely updated to 21st century standards, everything is seemlessly hidden as to preserve its character.

It features A drop-down 120" screen and 3D projector that is cleverly hidden within the living room ceiling.  All shades and house music are controlled via iPad.  A water resistant TV is carefully crafted to elevate out of a special enclosure for patio viewing.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NYC

Problem – The two story building abutting a sixteen story building on its South side, is elevated to eighteen stories. One double and two individual windows no longer have natural night from the outdoors.

Solution – Working together with a famous designer Foresight Technical Services designed and built an automated system to synchronize with the actual, natural, outdoor ambient light and duplicate that illumination in the now faux windows.

THE GREEN VALE SCHOOL

The Greenvale School, on Long Island New York uses a Crestron processor together with various user interfaces to schedule control of their entry gate system.

During a period of extensive thunderstorms in 2019 and 2020, their gate controllers as well as their Crestron processor were severely damaged by these storms, twice.

Upon assessment of the path of the lightning and the components involved, we constructed an optical interface between the Crestron processor and the gate controllers. As of this writing, the system has operated flawlessly.
